The Batchelor Heights neighborhood is a townhome community located in Monroe County, Indiana, immediately southwest of the Bloomington city jurisdiction.

There are currently 172 units in the development. Batchelor Heights is within the Monroe County Community School Corporation, with students attending Summit Elementary, Batchelor Middle School, and Bloomington South High School.

Adjacent to the development is the Clear Creek Trail, managed by the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department.

The Association is presided over by a six-member Board of Directors composed of residential property owners. All homeowners automatically become a member of the Batchelor Heights Homeowners Association upon purchasing their property.
